Ya, I never use this journal. But, I figured I might as well since I'm poking around here anyway. Updates... well, I upgraded my laptop, which I use for drawing, to Windows 7. Now, this operating system is pretty awesome, but unfortunately, my drawing program of choice (Corel Painter 4 Essentials), and the only one I own, is incompatible with Windows 7. I've done all I can, but have relinquished this fight. I've downloaded Photoshop and given it a shot but it just doesn't seem to interface with my Wacom tablet screen (tablet PC) as well as Corel did. So, I'll be looking to upgrade, or at least for a compatibility patch. Until then, you probably won't see much on here, unfortunately. Hopefully this isn't going to last very long but oh well.

I was, by the way, in a bit of a drawing rut. I was lacking inspiration (which was a good and a bad thing, really, since drawing was in some ways a coping mechanism for other stuff). But, I was getting into the fun of it, and recently was getting back my drive to do some stuff again. This is when I discovered my program didn't work. It's unfortunate.
